Important dates
  ⚬   February 5, 2018 - Start of registration
  ⚬   March 25, 2018  April 2, 2018 - Deadline for extended abstract submission
  ⚬   April 8, 2018 - Notification of abstract acceptance
  ⚬   April 22, 2018  April 29, 2018 - Deadline for the final paper submission
  ⚬   May 2, 2018 - Deadline for payment of the reduced conference fee
  ⚬   June 5, 2018 - Start of the conference

Registration
Each participant and accompaying person must register using the online form available here. Every registered participant will gain access to a personal conference account that allows to submit abstracts and papers.

Conference fee
  ⚬   before May 2, 2018 – 6500,- Kč (270 EUR), inc. VAT,
  ⚬   after May 2, 2018 – 7500,- Kč (310 EUR), inc. VAT.
The registration fee covers entrance to the conference EAN 2018, publishing one paper in the conference CD proceedings and extended abstract in the printed proceedings, refreshments, lunches, dinners, gala dinner and accompanying events.

Accompanying person fee
The fee for accompanying persons is 3700,- Kč (160 EUR), inc. VAT.
This fee includes participation for accompanying persons in events during the conference, refreshments, lunches, dinners and gala dinner.

Competition
The conference will host a competition of young scientists (up to 35 years) on the best presented paper and poster. The winners will be financially awarded by the Czech Society for Mechanics and by the University. A candidate must be the first author of the paper or poster. All candidates who want to be considered for award should check the registration form.
